Individual Coaching

At Co-Parenting Solutions, LLC, Jordana Wolfson provides structured, goal-oriented coaching for individuals who are entering into, going through, or adjusting after divorce and who want practical guidance around co-parenting dynamics. This work is different from therapy. We strongly recommend that clients maintain their own individual therapist for emotional processing and mental health support. Jordana‘s role is coaching-focused and action-oriented—helping you think strategically, communicate effectively, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Trained as a Life Coach with the Center for Coach Development and certified through the International Coaching Federation, Jordana coaches individuals through Divorce and Co-Parenting. This service is provided in-person or virtually to Michigan residents or provided virtually to English-speaking individuals living anywhere in the world.

“Even if you’re the one who initiates a divorce, there are emotions to process and healing that is needed to emerge stronger on your own.”

Individual Coaching helps people Co-Parent better with their ex-spouse. It also can guide a person through healing from Narcissistic Abuse and unhealthy relationships. As a Life Coach, Jordana does not solve problems for clients, but rather guides them towards finding their own solutions to grow and progress on solid footing.

Individual Co-Parenting Coaching may focus on:

  • Developing effective communication strategies with your ex
  • Drafting and revising emails or messages before sending
  • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Thinking through provisions for parenting plans and other court agreements
  • Preparing for mediation or court-related discussions
  • Navigating high-conflict dynamics
  • Healing and rebuilding after narcissistic abuse while co-parenting
  • Strengthening your decision-making and parenting confidence
  • Working appropriately and effectively with the court and court-appointed professionals, such as Guardians ad Litem and Parenting Coordinators

Coaching is typically short-term and structured. We identify clear goals, work toward measurable benchmarks, and reassess as we go. Some clients work intensively for a period of time and then return on an as-needed basis for strategic support.

If at some point your Co-Parent becomes willing to participate, we can discuss whether a joint coaching or facilitation format would be appropriate. However, you are absolutely able to begin this work independently.
